本项目采购成都理工大学成人高等教育在线学习平台，需包含综合管理平台、网络学习平台、课程资源中心、移动学习APP等内容。从招生、教学、考试、学籍、证书、收费等各环节，对学历继续教育学生进行全流程管理，提高办学管理的数字化智能化水平。

平台应采用成熟稳定的微服务架构，并能够在未来5至10年对业务的调整扩展提供有力支撑。优先选用采用java语言开发的架构；微服务间通信采用基于http协议的Restful方式；每个微服务可以采取最适合该服务的语言，但应该遵循一般客观规律，避免采用过时的或者未经市场考验的语言和技术等详见公开招标文件。

本项目一采两届，自合同签订之日起服务2025届和2026届学生至最长修业年限届满止，合同一届一签。交付时间：合同签订后15日内完成平台部署，课程资源建设按照采购文件要求及合同约定实施。

支持前台注册以及后台统一导入账号。满足账号管理的基本安全要求，支持弱密码检测，支持双因子认证。支持输入错误密码5次锁定该账号15分钟的机制。要求账号密码采用不可逆的加密存储方式，敏感信息加密存储。要求多个业务系统底层用户互通，同一个自然人一个账号可访问多个本单位业务系统，实现单点登录全网通行等。
