服务要求：★1、提供不小于2500M的IPv4网络带宽 ★2、提供不少于36864个（144个C）互联网公有IPv4地址 ★3、提供不小于2500M的IPv6网络带宽 ★4、提供不少于1段::/48的IPv6地址 ★5、提供lnu.edu.cn的域名及备案 6、接入服务提供商需要有专业的本地化服务团队。 7、提供7*24小时网络测速与网络监控服务手段（如提供到主干节点的延时，提供到运营商的延时等）。 8、投标人应始终保证主干链路带宽畅通，至全国主干网丢包率低于0.1%，至国际路由丢包率低于0.5%。 9、对用户提出的临时性的重要国内外网络应用需求，应在技术和带宽方面给予服务保障。 10、投标人应向招标人提供明确的故障受理联系方式，并提供7×24小时的故障受理技术支持；故障申告响应时限：15分钟；故障排除反馈时限：30分钟。

服务时间：自合同签订之日起一年。（在采购人落实下一年度财政预算的前提下，且采购内容与价格不变，双方协商同意，可依据本次结果续签，一年一签，续签最多不超过两年）（具体以甲乙双方签订合同为准）

服务标准：按照《关于印发辽宁省政府采购履约验收管理办法的通知》（辽财采[2017]603号）执行。
